The Mass Spectrometry Research Infrastructure at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, Aarhus University provides advanced proteomics capabilities based on high-resolution LC-MS/MS platforms, including TripleTOF 6600 and Thermo Eclipse Tribrid mass spectrometers. The facility supports protein identification, quantification, post-translational modification analysis, protein–protein interaction studies, as well as complementary techniques such as Edman degradation and amino acid analysis.
