The Mass Spectrometry Imaging Facility at the MR Core Facility, NTNU provides advanced mass spectrometry technologies for molecular and spatial analysis of biological samples. Equipped with GC–MS systems and a high-speed Bruker rapifleX MALDI-TOF/TOF platform, the facility supports applications including mass spectrometry imaging, metabolite and lipid profiling, protein identification, and drug screening.
