The Analytical Unit of the School of Pharmacy at the University of Eastern Finland provides advanced mass spectrometry–based analytical services for metabolite, drug, and protein analysis across biomedical, pharmaceutical, and environmental research. The facility employs a broad instrumentation platform including LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, and complementary chromatographic techniques for targeted quantitative analysis, high-resolution compound identification, and non-targeted metabolomics and lipidomics profiling.
