The Mass Spectrometry Laboratory at the Department of Chemistry provides advanced LC-MS, GC-MS, and high-resolution mass spectrometry instrumentation for chemical and biomolecular analysis. The facility includes systems such as Agilent 6560 HPLC-IM-QTOF-MS, Agilent 6530 UHPLC-QTOF, Agilent 6460 UHPLC-Triple Quadrupole MS/MS, Orbitrap Exploris 120 UHPLC-MS, and Agilent 6890/5973N GC-MS, supporting applications ranging from targeted small-molecule analysis to high-resolution characterization of supramolecular complexes and intact proteins.
