The Mass Spectrometry Laboratory at the University of Oslo provides analytical services based on high-resolution and tandem mass spectrometry instrumentation for chemical and molecular analysis. The facility operates systems including a Bruker maXis II ETD LC-MS (Q-TOF), Bruker Scion-TQ Premium GC-MS (triple quadrupole), Micromass QTOF 2, and Bruker Apex 47e FT-ICR MS, supporting applications such as high-accuracy mass determination, structural characterization, and chromatographic MS analysis using EI, CI, ESI, and APCI ionization techniques.
