The Protein Kinase Biophysics group at UiT – The Arctic University of Norway uses X-ray diffraction–based structural biology methods to investigate the molecular structure and function of protein kinases and related signaling proteins. These approaches enable atomic-level analysis of protein structures and protein–ligand interactions, supporting studies of kinase regulation and drug discovery.
