The RECX X-ray Laboratory at the University of Oslo provides advanced X-ray diffraction and scattering instrumentation for structural characterization of materials, including powder, thin-film, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction as well as small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). The facility supports researchers with phase identification, quantitative analysis, crystallite size determination, thin-film diffraction and reflectometry, in situ and high-temperature studies, and SAXS-based characterization of polymers and nanoparticles.
